Cakes are booked on a first-come, first-serve basis.  We kindly request a minimum of 2 months notice for all wedding cakes and a minimum of two weeks for birthdays and other celebrations, however, we can occasionally work on shorter notice based on current availability.  For wedding cakes in particular, peak season periods (March-May and Sept-Nov) tend to book out 6 to 8 months in advance, however this is subject to availability.

In order to schedule your cake on your event date a 50 percent non-refundable deposit is required 48 hours from receiving the invoice. Without the deposit, we will not be able to hold your date. Priority will be given to the paying customer.

All final payments are due 2 weeks prior to your event date. If payments are not made by the due date your order may be cancelled.

**Allergen information: Wheat, Peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, eggs, soy, corn, and potatoes are present in our facility. We follow good manufacturing practices but there is a chance of cross-contact.

If you are extremely allergic to specific foods or products, please consult with your physician before enjoying and understand you are responsible for your purchasing decision.

Cultured Bakery LLC is not responsible for any damages that occur after delivery or pickup.

Alterations can be made to your order no later than 2 weeks prior to collection/delivery. If the alteration affects the overall cost then your balance will be adjusted accordingly.

Wedding cake deposit fee is 50% of total invoice that is non-refundable for any cancelation reasons.  Wedding cake cancelations are accepted no later than 45 days prior to the event date and for all other orders no later than 21 days prior to the event date.  If the production of your cake has commenced, you may be charged for any design components already made.

Any major changes to your order less than the above time frame before the required delivery date may incur a fee to cover the reworking of the cake design and/or loss of work already completed on the order.

All other orders canceled after a deposit/payment is paid will incur a $75 administration fee.

Refunds of deposits will not be issued for:

·       Single-tiered cakes: cancellations within 3 weeks (21 days) of the delivery / pick-up date.

·       Cakes 2 tiers or more: cancellations within 3 weeks (21 days) of the delivery date.

·       Other Desserts: cancelations within 21 days of delivery/ pick up date.

Terms are subject to change without prior notice and the terms listed on the website overwrite any other terms including those listed on invoices/contracts.
